The 16-year-old Hatcliffe girl who is being accused of murdering her boyfriend has appeared in court at Harare Magistrates Court today and was remanded in custody to the 18th of this month.
The girl was arrested for murder of her boyfriend, Amos Mhere (35) which occurred on 2 November 2022 at around 2130 hours at the suspect’s residence at Premier Park, Hatcliffe, Harare.
The victim died on the spot after being stabbed on the chest with a kitchen knife following a misunderstanding during a beer drinking spree at a shebeen in Hatcliffe.
The case was attended by ZRP Borrowdale.
