Bouncer Dennis Munyikwa

Popular Harare nightclub bouncer, Dennis Munyikwa, died on Thursday afternoon after committing suicide in Harare.
Munyikwa is said to have slit his own throat with a knife at his mother’s home in Warren Park 1.
Unconfirmed reports indicate that Munyikwa’s pressure came from unsuccessful transactions which involved thousands of US dollars.
His death comes just 7 months after another bouncer, Takudzwa Mutaguta, who was Killer T’s bodyguard committed suicide at a Harare hotel.
Police has since launched an investigation into his death.
Munyikwa was well-known in the Harare nightlife scene as a bouncer for several clubs, including Club Sankayi, Club 1+1 and Club Connect.
