In a powerful and unified stand against Israeli occupation, August 3rd has been declared a Global Day of Rage and Solidarity with the Palestinian prisoners and the besieged people of Gaza. This call to action comes as Israeli forces continue their brutal campaign, resulting in a staggering toll: over 49,480 Palestinians killed or missing, 91,128 injured, and 2.2 million displaced.

Palestinian detainees from Gaza and the West Bank are enduring unimaginable horrors at the hands of Israeli military forces. Reports from the ground describe a reign of terror, with detainees subjected to systematic torture, rape, and sexual violence. Over 3,300 individuals in Gaza have been forcibly disappeared into unknown prisons, while more than 9,600 Palestinians, including 300 women and 635 minors, have been unjustly arrested in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem.

The conditions in which these freedom fighters are held are beyond deplorable. Detainees are crammed into suffocating spaces, denied food and water, and relentlessly tortured to force confessions. The cruelty does not end in life; there are chilling allegations that Israel has desecrated the bodies of martyrs, returning them to their families with vital organs missing, fueling suspicions of organ trafficking by the Zionist regime.

This Global Day of Rage calls for the immediate imposition of comprehensive sanctions against Israel, encompassing diplomatic, economic, and financial spheres. The statement demands an end to all forms of complicity with Israel’s illegal military occupation and urges the reactivation of a United Nations committee to dismantle the apartheid regime in Israel and bring those responsible for these atrocities to justice.

The statement also demands that Israel be expelled from the United Nations, stripping it of any legitimacy or rights within the international community. The continued war crimes, including the targeted assassination of Palestinian leaders, doctors, journalists, and even United Nations workers, reveal the true face of Netanyahu’s fascist government—bent not on peace, but on the extermination of the Palestinian people to deflect from its own internal corruption and to escalate violence across the region, posing a grave threat to global peace.

The United Nations has repeatedly called for an end to the genocide and violence in Gaza and the other Occupied Palestinian territories, but Israel, emboldened by the unconditional support of the United States and other Western powers, continues its bloodthirsty campaign with impunity. These powers, far from restraining Israel, have instead bolstered its illegal actions, in blatant violation of international law.

In the face of this relentless aggression, the Palestinian people reaffirm their unwavering commitment to resistance. The statement declares that Palestinians will never surrender, never raise the white flag, and will continue to use all means guaranteed by international law to defend their land, their rights, and their dignity against the occupier.

The spirit of resistance is alive and burning, and the call to action on this Global Day of Rage and Solidarity is a resounding declaration: the struggle for Palestinian liberation will continue until victory is achieved.
