The wait is over! The prestigious International Martial Arts Corporation (IMAC) English Open Tournament opens this August 4th with over 240 competitors from across the globe set to compete at the York Leisure Centre, England.

Zimbabwe born Kobudo World Champion Shihan Wilfred Mashaya, a 5th Dan black belt holder in Okinawan Kobudo and Hall of Fame inductee, is among the competitors, ready to take on the best of the best.

This highly anticipated event, promises to be an electrifying showcase of martial arts talent, featuring participants from England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Zimbabwe, India, Nepal, Morocco, and the United States.

A Martial Arts Maestro

Shihan Wilfred Mashaya’s journey in martial arts is nothing short of inspirational. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Mashaya has dedicated his life to the pursuit of martial arts excellence. He holds multiple black belts in various disciplines, including Karate, Kobudo, and Ju-Jitsu. His dedication and skill have earned him numerous titles and accolades, including being named the Best Martial Artist in Zimbabwe and receiving the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame award.
