The New Ambassador Hotel has released its festive season programme for December 2025 and early January 2026, outlining a series of themed dining and hospitality experiences to mark Christmas and the New Year.
According to the programme, activities will begin on Unity Day, December 22, 2025, with a braai lunch scheduled from 1300hrs to 1630hrs, priced at US$15 per person. Later in the evening, the hotel will host a fusion dinner combining Western and traditional cuisine from 1830hrs to 2130hrs at The Bird & Bottle Restaurant, costing US$23 per person.

On Christmas Eve, December 24, guests will have access to lounge delights priced between US$5 and US$15 per person, followed by a Christmas Eve dinner at The Bird & Bottle Restaurant at US$25 per person. A cocktail bar happy hour will also run from 1830hrs to 1930hrs.
Christmas Day, December 25, will feature an Ambassador breakfast from 0630hrs to 1000hrs, priced between US$7 and US$28. This will be followed by Christmas lunch and dinner at The Bird & Bottle Restaurant from 1400hrs to 2200hrs, at US$25 per person. A cocktail bar happy hour is scheduled from 1900hrs to 2000hrs.
Festivities will continue on Boxing Day, December 26, starting with a snack lunch in the lounge from 1100hrs to 1730hrs, priced between US$5 and US$15 per person. Dinner will again be served at The Bird & Bottle Restaurant from 1830hrs to 2130hrs, costing US$25 per person, alongside a cocktail bar happy hour from 1800hrs to 1900hrs.
On New Year’s Eve, December 31, the hotel will host a cocktail bar happy hour from 1900hrs to 2000hrs, followed by a New Year’s Eve dinner at The Bird & Bottle Restaurant from 1900hrs to 2200hrs.
The festive programme will conclude on New Year’s Day, January 1, 2026, with an Ambassador Special New Year’s Breakfast at The Bird & Bottle Restaurant, followed by a New Year’s BBQ buffet lunch from 1230hrs to 1430hrs.
The hotel said the programme is part of its efforts to offer structured, affordable festive dining options for families, corporate clients and visitors during the holiday season.
