The Prosecution told the court that there was not enough evidence to prosecute her.
Kademaunga was arrested on Tuesday along with two others, Harare councillor Clayd Mashozhera and Daudi Jessub but the Prosecution found “no link between Kademaunga and the alleged crime”.
Kademaunga was represented by Harrison Nkomo.
The police accused Kademaunga and her co-accused of attacking three people near Metro Peech in Harare on August 23, 2023.
They said the suspects used a Toyota Mark X vehicle owned by Kademaunga.
Opposition CCC has lamented the arrest of its members saying they are being targeted for challenging the government.
