Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission Stand at the ZAS 2026

The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) is using the 116th edition of the Zimbabwe Agricultural Show to raise public awareness on the dangers of corruption and promote greater accountability across the agricultural sector.
The Commission is encouraging members of the public attending the show to visit its stand in the Convergence Hall and engage its officials on corruption prevention, reporting mechanisms and the role citizens can play in building a culture of integrity.
The annual showcase, running from August 24 to 29, 2026, brings together farmers, agro-processors, businesses, policymakers, financial institutions, technology providers and other players in the agricultural value chain to exchange knowledge, showcase innovations and explore opportunities for increased productivity and investment.
ZACC is exhibiting at the show underlining the importance of good governance in agriculture, a sector that remains central to Zimbabwe’s economy, food security, employment and rural livelihoods.
Members of the public visiting the ZACC stand in the Convergence Hall can learn about the Commission’s work, report suspected acts of corruption and engage officials on measures that can help prevent corruption in public and private institutions.
What ZACC does
ZACC is Zimbabwe’s specialised anti-corruption institution, with a mandate to combat corruption and promote integrity and accountability in public and private sectors.
Among its key functions are investigating suspected cases of corruption, receiving and assessing corruption reports, preventing corruption, promoting public awareness and educating citizens on the effects of corruption.
The Commission also works to promote ethical conduct and integrity, conducts corruption-risk assessments and makes recommendations aimed at closing loopholes that can facilitate corrupt practices.
ZACC can further refer investigated matters to the appropriate authorities for prosecution where criminal conduct is established, while working with other institutions in Zimbabwe’s broader anti-corruption framework.

The Zimbabwe Agricultural Show is one of the country’s major annual platforms for showcasing agricultural production, innovation, commerce and investment. Now in its 116th edition, the event provides a meeting point for producers, consumers, businesses, government agencies and development partners.
